ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily during normal operating hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our Return and Refund Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at binxiethecat@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
