Clarity Tarot by Bel Senlle

Stripped back. Stripped down. Stripped of everything that gets in the way of the truth.

Clarity Tarot by artist Bel Senlle is a radical reimagining of the traditional 78-card tarot — a contemporary, minimalist deck that strips away monarchical hierarchy, binarism, and ageism to let the pure energy and meaning of each card come through. The stark black and white contour line illustrations are borderless, abstract, and deeply human — figures rendered in concentric energy lines that invite people from all backgrounds and experience levels to see themselves in each card.

The borderless design isn't just aesthetic — it's intentional. Cards placed together create continuous visual landscapes, allowing for a more immersive, interconnected reading experience that reveals correspondences and relationships between cards in a whole new way.

The 96-page guidebook goes far beyond keywords. Senlle introduces the visual language of the deck — symmetry, direction, velocity, temperature, line, repetition — as a framework for deeper understanding. Each Major Arcana card also includes a poem intuited by the author, making this one of the most beautifully written tarot guidebooks available.
