Elves, Witches & Gods: Spinning Old Heathen Magic in the Modern Day

A Scholarly & Practical Guide to Heathen Tradition — Reconstructed from Authentic Sources

Galdr. Seidr. Fiber magic. Herb craft. Journeying. Going under the cloak. These are the old ways of Heathen practice — and in Elves, Witches & Gods, author and researcher Cat Heath brings them carefully back to life.

Drawing on decades of research and hands-on experimentation with authentic historical sources, Cat Heath reconstructs the techniques of the völva and the helrune, offering modern Heathens a rigorous, deeply practical guide to the historical craft rooted in the Norse and Germanic tradition.
