As the land bursts into green abundance, this gathering invites you to reconnect with the nourishment growing all around you. In this seasonal, sensory class, we’ll explore common wild plants that are both edible and deeply nourishing.

You’ll learn how to identify, harvest, and prepare local greens and flowers with confidence and respect for the land. This is a celebration of spring abundance, reciprocity, and rewilding your relationship with food and medicine.

You’ll leave with:
– A list of spring wild edibles and their uses
– Tips for ethical foraging and safety
– A small herbal gift to take home
