In the quiet of winter, we turn toward the underground. This gathering centers on herbal roots, our grounding, nourishing, and deeply restorative allies that help us slow down and return to ourselves.

We’ll explore the energetics of roots, their traditional uses, and how to prepare them as teas, decoctions, and tinctures. This is a space for anchoring, reflection, and remembering what sustains us.

You’ll leave with:
– Root herbs for winter wellness and deep nourishment
– Recipes for decoctions and root-based remedies
– A small herbal gift to take home
