Palo Santo Stick

Bring natural wood grain and aromatic ceremony to your altar with a Palo Santo Stick. This wood offers a simple focal point for smoke-cleansing rituals, meditation preparation, and intention-setting. Before beginning, pause to consider what you wish to release and the intention you want to carry forward.

Metaphysical Properties

In contemporary spiritual practice, palo santo is associated with purification, protection, and renewal. Use it as a symbolic companion for creating sacred space, marking a new beginning, or reconnecting with your personal practice.

Traditional Holistic Properties

Aromatic wood has a place in ceremonial traditions, where preparing a space and setting an intention can create a meaningful pause for reflection. Incorporate palo santo into a nature-inspired ritual or contemplative moment. These associations are traditional and spiritual, not promises of medical benefit.

Ritual Uses

• Symbolically cleanse your space before meditation, journaling, or divination.
• Set intentions for protection, gratitude, and renewal.
• Mark the beginning or close of a personal ceremony.
• Keep on your altar as a natural reminder of your chosen intention.

How to Use

Light one end briefly, then carefully extinguish the flame so the wood gently smolders. Hold over a heatproof dish to catch embers, using only a small amount of smoke in a well-ventilated space. Rest the stick securely in the dish and fully extinguish after use. Confirm it is completely cool before storing.

Never leave burning wood unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Avoid inhaling smoke directly, and do not use around anyone sensitive to smoke. For aromatic ritual use only; not for ingestion.
