Women's Circle - Fall Equinox
Saturday, September 12 - 5:30-7:30
Balancing the Light and the Dark
As summer draws to a close and we begin moving toward the darker half of the year, we gather in circle to honor the sacred balance between light and shadow.
Together, we will connect, nurture community, celebrate the light within us, and gently explore the parts of ourselves that are ready to be seen, understood and released.
Through meditation, breathwork, journaling and a releasing ritual, we'll reflect on what we're ready to let go of as we prepare for the turning of the seasons.
We'll close by creating a collective black-and-white mandala, honoring the beauty and balance found in both light and dark.
Please bring small black, white, or gray items to contribute to our mandala.
Ideas: rocks or stones, crystals, shells, feathers, dried flowers, buttons, beads, ribbon, yarn, fabric scraps, lace, paper, photographs, small pieces of pottery or broken ceramics, charcoal, black and white printed images, or other small meaningful objects.
