This is chai the way it was meant to be made — bold, spiced, and deeply aromatic. Our Basic Chai is a house blend concentrate drawn from the in-house grimoire, built from whole spices that brew into a rich, intense base. Add it to steamed milk for a proper chai latte, or brew it strong and sip it straight. Ginger and black pepper bring the fire, cardamom and fennel bring the depth, cinnamon brings the warmth, and bay leaf ties it all together with an earthy, herbal complexity you won't find in any store-bought blend.

How to Brew as a Concentrate

• Steep 2–3 teaspoons in 8 oz of boiling water for 7–10 minutes for a strong concentrate

• Also delicious brewed straight as a bold spiced tea
