Fire Cider Workshop

Fire cider is an old herbal preparation for our immune systems. It is an oxymel (apple cider vinegar + honey) extract filled with herbs and spices to open up your sinuses and clear out any excess mucus, junk and illness. In this hand's on class we will be discussing the history and many uses of this traditional recipe and you will get to make your own unique blend.

There are 3 ticket options: in person, virtual with a gift, and virtual without a gift. If attending virtual, you will receive a zoom link and the pdfs emailed to you.  If you choose virtual + gift, it will be mailed to you the following day.
