Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle

The plants have always been paying attention. This deck teaches you to pay attention back.

The Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle by Siolo Thompson is a deck of rare and extraordinary beauty — forty elegantly illustrated botanical cards drawn from the deep tradition of hedgewitchery, the practice of those who live and work at the liminal boundary between the human world and the wild, between healing and spirit, between what can be seen and what can be felt. Each plant in this deck is an ally: a teacher, a helper, a living intelligence with its own gifts and messages, rooted in centuries of traditional herb lore and the quiet wisdom of the green world.

Siolo Thompson — creator of the beloved Linestrider Tarot — brings her signature minimalist fine-line illustration style to the botanical world. The result is something genuinely unlike any other oracle deck on the market: delicate, precise ink drawings of flowers, herbs, and plants rendered with the care and reverence of a Victorian naturalist’s sketchbook, each one alive with the particular personality of its plant. Soft cream backgrounds, fine grey-black line work, no color — the beauty here is in the quality of attention, the love for the subject, the deep knowledge encoded in every carefully drawn stem and petal.

The accompanying 192-page full-color field guide makes this a genuine working tool as much as a beautiful object — rich with traditional herb lore, magical plant correspondences, and guidance for working with each plant ally in your practice.
