Spring is a season of beginnings, and an ideal time to plant the first seeds of an herbal practice. If you’re new to working with plants, this gathering offers a solid, welcoming foundation rooted in folk herbalism.

Together, we’ll explore the basics of choosing herbs, preparing simple remedies, and beginning to listen to the plants with curiosity and care. This is a practical introduction to a lifelong path, and a reminder that herbalism isn’t about perfection, but relationship.

You’ll leave with:
– Core concepts of herbal preparations, energetics, and actions
– Simple recipes for teas, tinctures, and infusions
– A small herbal gift to take home
