In this gathering, we’ll explore plant allies that help soften, move, and metabolize anger in the body, with a particular focus on heart-centered support. We’ll work with nervines and circulatory herbs, and discuss ways to engage plants for emotional release and nervous system regulation, not to suppress anger, but to listen to it with discernment.

This gathering offers a grounded, compassionate approach to working with strong emotions through herbal practice.
